Discover Stoykite Village

The village of Stoykite is the center of the Rhodope bagpipe tradition, which has its vivid manifestations in the faces of dozens of bagpipers, whose craftsmanship is respected and remembered.

From Stoykite comes the folklorist Apostol Kisyov, who in 1961 created, led, and conducted the famous orchestra "100 Kaba Bagpipes". The core of this musical formation is made up of musicians from Stoykite.
